Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to accommodate your needs:
Standard Shipping (€12.95)
Carrier: DHL or FedEx
Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
Free Shipping (Orders over €50)
Carrier: EMS
Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. Some remote areas in Asia and other regions may experience longer delivery times or may not be serviceable.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide (excluding certain remote areas in Asia and other regions). Please be aware that:
- International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes
- Customers are responsible for any additional customs charges
- For international returns, we recommend marking packages as « RETURNED GOODS – NO COMMERCIAL VALUE » on customs forms
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Pier One Mode purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you may return or exchange it within 15 days of receiving your package.
Return Conditions
- Items must be in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags and original packaging
- Final sale items or promotional items marked « non-returnable » cannot be returned
- Customized or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless defective
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following personal accessories cannot be returned if they have been worn:
- Bonnets et cache-oreilles (Hats & ear muffs)
- Foulards et écharpes (Scarves & shawls)
- Gants (Gloves)
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps:
- Contact our customer service within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with the subject line « Demande de retour/échange » and include:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return/exchange
- Your preference (refund or exchange)
- Wait for confirmation – Our team will respond within 48 hours with a return authorization and shipping label if applicable
- Package your items securely in their original packaging with all tags attached
- Ship your return using the provided label to our address: Pier One Mode

Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item
- For PayPal payments, refunds may take an additional 1-2 days to appear in your account
Exchange Process
- If your desired exchange item is unavailable, we will offer store credit or a refund
- We cover return shipping costs if the exchange is due to our error (wrong item sent or defective product)
- Exchange items ship according to our standard delivery times (10-15 days for DHL/FedEx, 15-25 days for EMS)
